The oral traditions of music and storytelling are the most exciting way to bring necessary bridges and pockets of joy into our world. In my performances and audioworks I weave sound, word and space into enchanting immersions. Giving a voice to forgotten or unseen heroes and heroines that can be of great inspiration and bring us closer to each other and our environment. I am specialised in creating conceptual projects on location with an inclusive, playful and intuitive approach.

My current project is musical performance Beacons across the land, a tour from lighthouse to lighthouse between the North Sea and Northern Spain. Everywhere we come we collect stories of hope and wonder around the lighthouse and turn it into a song.

Since more than a decade I have been creating immersive performances, musical audiobooks, audiowalks, podcasts and workshops for- and in collaboration with festivals, municipalities, venues and organisations such as Paradiso Melkweg Productiehuis, HKU University of Arts, Productiehuis Hollandse Luchten, Volksuniversiteit Amsterdam, HAL25, Poppodium De Victorie, Buitenkunst, Amsterdam Museum, MUS-E Belgium, De Vest Theatre, De Karavaan, and Centrum voor de Kunsten Beverwijk.
