Through a somatic and holistic approach, we explore how the power of voice can break free from limitations, becoming a tool for self-expression, self love, connection, and creativity.

Where?
It takes place in Land of Enchantment, Northern Spain, in a rustic home close to many beaches of la Costa da Morte, cliffs, lighthouses, rivers and waterfalls. Here we offer co-living and retreats for creatives & naturelovers. The property is on a land of 1 acre surrounded by trees on the edge of a little village in province A Coruña. The house has four bedrooms and plenty of space to camp your tent or van.
Meant for whom?
This retreat is for you if you long to connect deeper to your authentic voice. Whether you consider yourself as a ‘singer’ or not at all, we all have access to our voice as a transformational, powerful healing tool. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Why the voice?
The voice is a primal power that we all carry within us, but do not always have access to. By giving expression to (unconscious) blocks, strong emotion or limiting beliefs, and also to your biggest dreams and hearts longing, you become more present and drop deeper into who you truly are.
The voice can both be a balm, a border guard, an artist, a bridge builder, a communicator, a manifestor. Join the Voice Liberation Retreat if you want to discover what it means to you to connect with the magic and potential of your authentic voice.
Week rhythm
Day 1 Arrival
3 PM> Check in
7 PM Welcoming dinner & opening ceremony
Day 2-5
9 AM Morning Circle: intentions & movement (yoga, dance, journaling, swimming..)
10 AM Breakfast
11 AM Workshop
2 PM Lunch
5 PM Workshop/Excursion
7 PM Dinner
9 PM Relaxing, singing circle, ceremony, fire,..
In between there is free space to explore the surroundings, dedicate time to relax, reflect or open up for spontaneous (co-)creations.
Day 6 Departure
10 AM Closing circle, Cleaning up & Checking out
Contribution
For this first retreat in the expenses of your stay will be 550€ (incl. vegetarian food, a private room, excl. drinks & pick up service from the station/airport). If you sleep in a tent, van or share a room it is 450€.
OPTIONAL: It is possible to stay also for the songwriting retreat that takes place the week after. For the in between nights we ask 25€ a night if you stay in a tent/van and 35€ for a room, inclusive food & tea.
Transport
The best way to travel is by car, so that you are free to explore the surroundings. Other possibilities:

✦ Blablacar or Flixbus to A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela
✦ Fly to Airports of A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela
From here you can take the bus to Carballo where we can pick you up (no extra costs).
If you would prefer to be picked up at the airport, bus- or train station in A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela. Costs for the pick up service are 50 euro. You can of course share the costs when more people are arriving at the same time. We will think along with you.
